- Rewarding job working with kids, mainly the kids that actually show up and do their work - Coworkers are usually college students and are chill - Flexible schedule
Cons
- Code Ninjas is first and foremost a business. At this branch, it will defer to caring more about their customers' and retaining them vs. the well-being of their employees - A few misbehaving children make it a difficult job and (current) management won't really do too much about it - Pay is minimum wage / slightly above minimum wage - It's only a part-time job, so career progression is most likely not possible - directors make it stressful sometimes
