Decent Experience Riddled With Flaws - Code Sensei Code Ninjas Employee Review

I worked at the location in costa mesa, I worked for a full year and got paid the same amount the entire time. I have a college degree in computer science and am still making 16 an hour.... in Newport beach. Some camps were 5-14 kids and at times I had very little help. Each camp costs them 300$ per kid but somehow I made 16 still. Inconsistent scheduling, bad training, the chain of command was not clear, no reason to try harder than the bare minimum.
