Pros
- Flexible hours/pick your own schedule - Management, center directors, etc were kind - Massive discord server for senseis across locations to talk - Nice toys like VR headsets and robots for the kids to play with
Cons
- Definitely underpaid for work demands - Curriculum had some errors - Massive shift in difficulty when achieving white belt - I had to pay for a company hoodie to wear. It was too cold to only be wearing the longsleeve or t-shirt. $25 out of my check when I made $10 pretax.
