      First 20 yrs it was great.30 days paid vacation plus fifteen paid holidays.great health insurance plan.Lots of overtime plus 6.5 % yearly bonus based on salary earned.Great retirement package which i took advantage of.What was not to like ?

      After Claro bought the company it all went to crap especially for new employees.
