      Pros

      Great place to get a great deal of experience in how to get projects done as well as dealing with different types of people.

      Cons

      Bad company planning in terms of a specific project roadmap. Difficult progression path, meaning don't aspire to become anything more than a manager. Very little marginal benefits.
