As a former employee, I advice you to avoid working for this company. There is not one positive thing I could say about it. As a member of the LGBT community, I suffered from constant homophobia coming from upper management. I was never treated as an equal. It got to the point where I just couldn't bear walking in that office in the mornings. Avoid them if you can.
