      People are nice, my boss is a great. very flex. Good place to work if you have family or other personal stuffs.

      Promotion is slow. At time, some senior managers like to play favorisim.

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
