Pros
Complex organization with many modern standards to learn from. Global reach, lots of professionals to work with which opens many opportunities to grow as an individual. If you pay attention, you will learn a lot!
Cons
Does the right thing for the wrong reasons. More than once you will find that the metric is more valued than the "what", meaning as long we are on green we are fine, doesn't matter if what you have to do is completely absurd or repetitive. Latam's IT team is going totally astray with their Agile approach, because again what matters seems to be how it looks like rather than what it is. Be careful if you wish to work here and learn "good practices" because they are totally second priority to them.
