      Organizational culture is great, is strong among employees and teams, distinct from other companies. Work Life balance is a great benefit. Very talented people.

      Cons

      Benefits and salary increase are not that huge. Trainings should be given more emphasis and should be given more focus by managers. Career mobility is not that high.

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
