Pros

Health insurance (you’ll need it if they give you time to use it) Salary ( but the hours you work will bring you to minimum wage) People (some great people, but unfortunately turnover of staff is so high, rarely get more than 6 mths to meet people as friends) Working from home (the managers tend to leave you alone, but are still negative ....)

Cons

Workload - relentless Training - things change so quickly, by the time you have completed a record, its wrong and managers, certainly mine, loves to make you feel a failure because you werent aware that a process changed due to the small print in an email amongst hundreds daily Managers - there is one decent VP. Theres micromanagement to the extent l think its designed for a high turnover of staff....along with the lack of just decency. Hours - management were 1st out the door when we were in the office, "but you’ll not be long when they fix that issue .... at 9pm" and with that they were off to their train. As previously mentioned, you may think your on a good salary, but divide your pay by your actual working week of around 50 hours a week, and its pretty rubbish. No overtime paid. When you go on holiday you hand your cases to a colleague who wont get a chance to look at them so will be waiting for you on your return. Promotions - forget it unless your sucking up to your line manager or have "served your time" that or theyre waiting for you to leave.

Pros

Great benefits, nice campus, on-site cafeteria with many options, on-site gym (fee is approx $15/mo). Nice/newly renovated buildings, with nice amenitites (break room, jump in/out offices for privacy). In general, work-life balance was good, especially being able to work remotely (additionally) as needed.

Cons

They tend to do re-orgs fairly often (every 1.5 years or so), so it can be hard to get promoted within your current role, you should plan on applying for other roles within the firm, at the level you are looking to be promoted to. Must work in office at least 3 days/week starting in 2026, used to be 2 days a week from 2021-2025. Which means parking will be crowded if you don't get there by 9am. Work stations are not reserved, so if you don't get there early enough and if you don't have a co-worker saving you a spot, you might not find a seat in your work area very easily.

Pros

Great benefits and work/life balance if you're on the right team.

Cons

Having a bad manager dictates everything about your job. You will see no upward mobility or compensation improvement if you are under a poor manager.
