      Pros

      Lots of vacation time--I almost feel guilty for having some much time off. The company is strong and stable. The company provides fitness facilities and nice cafeteria. Some people go to exercises and have a shower during lunch break. Most people go to lunch at company's cafeteria and it is easy to socialize with coworkers. The foods are good and prices are very reasonable.

      Cons

      It is very hard to get things done. Lots of unnecessary and absurd procedures to follow. Some people only care about following company's procedures or policies and keep themselves out of trouble. It is so frustrating if you want to get something done.

      Pros

      Salary is a great pro compared to the rest of the industry and the 3-day RTO program is great.

      Cons

      Management is a known issue; expectation do not meet reality and there is a firm misunderstanding of the systems and limitations
