      Pros

      Great environment Flexible working hours. Potential for professional growth(if you have a nice boss) - copied from a previous post but couldnt have sd it better Good vacation time.

      Cons

      Too many processes delays projects. Promotions and raises to favorites Huge salary discrepancies even at same level of experience and no measures to correct it. No thought has been applied to the latest Outsourcing strategies, very soon temps with little or no experience will be our bosses Lack of planning (in my team atleast)

      Cons

      Once you’re in, comp basically plateaus. Layoffs are happening across the board, which tends to be the full-time culture of citi. The vibe is very much “run lean” until something actually breaks, and only then consider adding headcount. You have to be intentional about protecting your work-life balance, because the implicit expectation is that you’re always on—24/7, 365—without the support of a properly staffed team.
