      Global name, purchasing power with outside vendors (hotels, etc.) Nice atmosphere. Remote access.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic. Lower pay than average for associates. Variances across associate pool minimal in terms of bonus.

      Great benefits and work/life balance if you're on the right team.
