      Pros

      The money (when times were better), the speed at which they best tried to communicate changes. Some information was not dissiminated as fastly as desired, but the management in my (former) department definitely tried to their best.

      Cons

      Being micro-managed, chronyism, the constant changing. Bad senior management.

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
