Pros
Im not sure what the best reason to work for citi is. It used to be a respected name in banking but that is not the case anymore. I would stay away for now and hope they can dig out of the hole they are in.
Cons
It used to be a good name but current market conditions have changed. I originally felt that there was plenty of room for advancement but they seem to hire senior management from outside and are very reluctant to promote from within.Senior management has been telling us we were well capitalized for over a year however we continue to need bailout money.
