      Stress, Lack of respect, Biased management, Many meaningless managers / departments, Lack of leadership / direction, Too many employees / managers / departments doing thre same job with out any coordination.

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
