      large company, easy to slack off and no one will find out

      Cons

      on fi trading floor, very much an 'old boy network. you scratch my back, i scratch your back. ppl who were involved in the subprime/cdo crisis were not laid off. no one from in-business or independent risk was really touched. that just means that these are fluff jobs with no real power or oversight.

      Pros

      Loved the people, good benefits, great atmosphere, I really enjoyed my time with the company and if I hadn’t moved, I’d prob still be with the company.

      Cons

      Some favoritism from the managers, sometimes people abuse the system and it can take a while before they were caught.
