      Good salary, friendly colleagues, flexible work environment

      Cons

      Direct Management were not great people managers. Made the job more difficult because of their inability to self-evaluate their role in directing subordinates. Doesn't take active part in training new hires - sink or swim attitude.

      hybrid work, 3 days in the office, good people, convenient transportation to the office

      Cons

      lots of unnecessary levels of management, lots of project management layers, outdated systems, success criteria not clearly defined, obsession with AI with no valid use cases in many instances, questionable management
