Outdated trading systems, hyper competitive equities department due to relatively lower street ranking

Loved the people, good benefits, great atmosphere, I really enjoyed my time with the company and if I hadn’t moved, I’d prob still be with the company.

Some favoritism from the managers, sometimes people abuse the system and it can take a while before they were caught.
