      Pros

      Very friendly and casual environment. Moving towards WFH workflow with most employees already working from home full time. A lot of great events, like movie screening, parties, charity events etc. A lot of upward mobility opportunities. Does not layoff employees and currently taking on a lot of projects, always hiring.

      Cons

      No free parking around the office.

      Great equipment, great team feeling

      Cons

      Start up feel (at the time) with growing pains as far as communicating with London. Leaps and bounds improvements to today, I'm sure.

      Coffee, (mostly) nice coworkers, new facilities

      Cons

      They'll bring you in from anywhere in the world and dump you when they're done with you. Very low encouragement of creativity. Low wages. No support. No clue. Taking this job is one of my biggest regrets.
