      Pros

      Upper management were all great to me. Pay is good. Office is in a nice neighborhood. Very diverse and inclusive.

      Pipeline needs work, but I know that it's also a work in progress

      Great equipment, great team feeling

      Cons

      Start up feel (at the time) with growing pains as far as communicating with London. Leaps and bounds improvements to today, I'm sure.

      Coffee, (mostly) nice coworkers, new facilities

      Cons

      They'll bring you in from anywhere in the world and dump you when they're done with you. Very low encouragement of creativity. Low wages. No support. No clue. Taking this job is one of my biggest regrets.
