      The company strives for inclusivity and mental health

      But at the same time they underbid projects so there is no budget to meet the quality that the supervisors and directors are looking for. Lots of overtime, and a pipeline that overcomplicates things

      Great equipment, great team feeling

      Cons

      Start up feel (at the time) with growing pains as far as communicating with London. Leaps and bounds improvements to today, I'm sure.

      Coffee, (mostly) nice coworkers, new facilities

      Cons

      They'll bring you in from anywhere in the world and dump you when they're done with you. Very low encouragement of creativity. Low wages. No support. No clue. Taking this job is one of my biggest regrets.
