      Pros

      Good and calm environment, great life/work balance. Availability to move between departments according to the artists' skills and projects needs.

      Cons

      Communication among departments needs work. Not much CG work in VFX so not a lot of opportunities there but good for comp or animation feature film.

      Great equipment, great team feeling

      Cons

      Start up feel (at the time) with growing pains as far as communicating with London. Leaps and bounds improvements to today, I'm sure.

      Coffee, (mostly) nice coworkers, new facilities

      Cons

      They'll bring you in from anywhere in the world and dump you when they're done with you. Very low encouragement of creativity. Low wages. No support. No clue. Taking this job is one of my biggest regrets.
