      -Very nice coworkers -Good-ish crunch management -Dinner limit is higher than in other studios -Pay is decent, contracts are long-ish (again, compared to other large London studios) -They seem to be busy

      -Current office is a basement -No overtime pay (as in most places)

      Great equipment, great team feeling

      Cons

      Start up feel (at the time) with growing pains as far as communicating with London. Leaps and bounds improvements to today, I'm sure.

      Coffee, (mostly) nice coworkers, new facilities

      Cons

      They'll bring you in from anywhere in the world and dump you when they're done with you. Very low encouragement of creativity. Low wages. No support. No clue. Taking this job is one of my biggest regrets.
