      Pros

      Great work environment. The 4 low budget, high seconds/week films are thankfully almost completed. Now (March 2019) the higher budget, quality, fewer seconds/week films are beginning. Pipeline is pretty good. Awesome production co-ordinators (and other middle-management)

      Cons

      The 4 sub-standard films, mentioned above, made the early years very frustrating for the artists. Old computers.

      Great equipment, great team feeling

      Cons

      Start up feel (at the time) with growing pains as far as communicating with London. Leaps and bounds improvements to today, I'm sure.

      Coffee, (mostly) nice coworkers, new facilities

      Cons

      They'll bring you in from anywhere in the world and dump you when they're done with you. Very low encouragement of creativity. Low wages. No support. No clue. Taking this job is one of my biggest regrets.
