      -Genuinely nice people to work with on a day to day basis. -They often give new comers their start.

      Cons

      -Because the budgets for the feature animated movies are so low, many corners are cut, this leads to great frustration. - Extremely high turn-over rate. -Low Pay.

      Great equipment, great team feeling

      Cons

      Start up feel (at the time) with growing pains as far as communicating with London. Leaps and bounds improvements to today, I'm sure.

      Coffee, (mostly) nice coworkers, new facilities

      Cons

      They'll bring you in from anywhere in the world and dump you when they're done with you. Very low encouragement of creativity. Low wages. No support. No clue. Taking this job is one of my biggest regrets.
