Pros
It is a good company if you are right out of college and need experience. The benefits are excellent, exceeds expectation. Hours are flexible enough to fit any schedule.
Cons
The downside, due to the pandemic., they are not moving with the times. Requiring people to work in the office on a hybrid schedule. Also upper management does not plan correctly. Always trying new workflows before they are thoroughly tested to see if it will actually work. Then scrap it and start over. Pay scale could also be better, they are not aligned with the industry standards. Below what other companies their size, are paying their employees.
