My second role at Chubb as an agent is great, management is OUTSTANDING as are my coworkers. The personal knowledge I've gained here is great to carry throughout my life.
Cons
My initial start with Chubb was in a call-center billing role, where management lacked communication and metrics were closely scrutinized. The call-center workday is draining and unpleasant.
