Do not work here - Customer Service Advisor Chubb Insurance Employee Review

System not working and this affects me for example today (wednesday) i found out that I am supposed to be off today but i been off yesterday (as every tuesday) nobody warned me about the change so i been off yesterday and they said i wont get paid for yesterday. I also tried to work today as yesterday i was off to compense it but they refused. BAD SYSTEMS. Company just making money and put it in the pocket not even try to fix systems that are really miserable. Always freezing.
