      Pros

      Good co-workers, fun to work with and ride/ski with. Managers take care of their employees as do district managers. Perks and discounts.

      Cons

      Pay is low but their are commissions to be earned. Difficult to move up in the company. Takes many, many years.

      Pros

      Free ski pass to Deer Valley, great commissions, great tips, fun coworkers, decent management.

      Cons

      Management is not bad, they are very accommadating, but they complain a lot and sometimes speak poorly about other employees in front of the other employees which is very unprofessional. It is not like other ski shops, it is extremely high end and you deal with some of the egos that come with catering to the 1%'ers of the nation.
