Pros

- Discounts on ski gear - Work within the outdoor industry - HR team working hard to bring company culture up to date

Cons

- Highly unorganized (although trying to improve) - A lot of long-tenured employees unwilling to change - Little accountability, ppl do what they've always done - Not much communication/teamwork - Contentious between team leads - Little diversity - Teams are siloed - Some team leads are good, some are not - Unrealistic workload/goals - Work/life balance isn't a priority for some teams

Pros

Free ski pass to Deer Valley, great commissions, great tips, fun coworkers, decent management.

Cons

Management is not bad, they are very accommadating, but they complain a lot and sometimes speak poorly about other employees in front of the other employees which is very unprofessional. It is not like other ski shops, it is extremely high end and you deal with some of the egos that come with catering to the 1%'ers of the nation.
