      Pros

      There are a ton of perks: free rentals, discounted merch, lift passes. The volume seen at the shop is huge but management is always helping out and keeping up morale through the busy seasons. Most days are spent working in the morning, shredding in the afternoon, and then working again until the evening. Also shop music selection is on point.

      Cons

      Any customer service industry job will see busy and slow periods during the season. Also this location is winter only.

      Pros

      Free ski pass to Deer Valley, great commissions, great tips, fun coworkers, decent management.

      Cons

      Management is not bad, they are very accommadating, but they complain a lot and sometimes speak poorly about other employees in front of the other employees which is very unprofessional. It is not like other ski shops, it is extremely high end and you deal with some of the egos that come with catering to the 1%'ers of the nation.
