      Pros

      I worked there to get a discount on gear and my bosses were super flexible with me and I always had fun working. I was really upfront with them in the beginning, I only wanted the job for the discount and I was only looking to work the minimum number of hours possible.

      Cons

      Every day I worked turned out to be a pow day :(

      Pros

      Free ski pass to Deer Valley, great commissions, great tips, fun coworkers, decent management.

      Cons

      Management is not bad, they are very accommadating, but they complain a lot and sometimes speak poorly about other employees in front of the other employees which is very unprofessional. It is not like other ski shops, it is extremely high end and you deal with some of the egos that come with catering to the 1%'ers of the nation.
