Pros
If you enjoy a laid back, fun culture in your work place Christy's has it. The people are all fun loving and passionate about winter sports and products they sell. The deals for passes/ equipment get better and better the longer you are there. They promote from within typically which is great but opening for promotions are not common as everyone seems to love working where they are.
Cons
Consistency of hours. During some times of the year it isn't uncommon to be sent home early and depending on your financial situation this can be a blessing or curse. While this did happen the Manager usually asked who wanted to go home and who wanted to stay but if you are not an essential employee odds are you are going home. If you plan on sticking with Christys and move up in the company you may have to be willing to move around a little. A lot of the higher positions are held for years on end since no one tends to leave.
