      Pros

      Wonderful group of people to work with. Everyone seems to work there for the right reason.....passionate about the outdoors. The company respects it's employees and treats the right. Management treats their employees right.

      Cons

      Not the best pay, but if you love what you do then it's not all that bad. I think it would be nice if they could put more systems in place to reward employees for excellent customer service.

      Pros

      Free ski pass to Deer Valley, great commissions, great tips, fun coworkers, decent management.

      Cons

      Management is not bad, they are very accommadating, but they complain a lot and sometimes speak poorly about other employees in front of the other employees which is very unprofessional. It is not like other ski shops, it is extremely high end and you deal with some of the egos that come with catering to the 1%'ers of the nation.
