      Pros

      Great company with a strong connection across all locations and corporate. Ability to move up within the company if you show interest and commitment. Great industry benefits and fun atmosphere. Do what you love and be surrounded by others who love it too.

      Cons

      It is retail in a feel-good industry so the salaries are not very high. Low turnover in higher positions, which is a good thing but it can be bad if you are looking to move up quickly.

      Pros

      Free ski pass to Deer Valley, great commissions, great tips, fun coworkers, decent management.

      Cons

      Management is not bad, they are very accommadating, but they complain a lot and sometimes speak poorly about other employees in front of the other employees which is very unprofessional. It is not like other ski shops, it is extremely high end and you deal with some of the egos that come with catering to the 1%'ers of the nation.
