Strange leadership hierarchy. I question why some people are promoted here, especially to a "director" level. You have non technical people with poor business understanding leading departments. It doesn't make sense. You usually have someone who is an expert in at least one of those aspects leading IT departments, but not here. Culture of exploiting employees that are seen as weak or vulnerable, such as not promoting them or not giving them raises through performance reviews that don't make any sense. Good people are slowly leaving.
