Despite claiming to support a diverse workforce, Choice is excluding a medication to employees who struggle with weight management. This seems counter to the values of inclusivity that the company promotes. While GLP-1 drugs can be costly, they are proven to be effective, offering benefits like improved mental health, physical agility, and overall health. It's disappointing that a company would rather wait for employees to develop diabetes before covering a medication that could prevent the condition in the first place.
