The people were mostly quite nice and well intentioned.
Cons
Little to non-existent training, Hotels do not like working with Choice because they are very unhelpful and only recommend "submitting a ticket" The chance of the ticket getting lost is high and getting responded to is low. Systems are antiquated - I felt i was working in the 1990s. Everything is very unorganized and the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.
