      Culture is the best. Smaller teams allow for higher recognition by executives. Notice that a lot of people that stayed get promoted well over time.

      Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.
