Pros
they offer training to grow in the company to be honest if there's a "pro" it comes with attachments not a true pro
Cons
flat rate pay. you don't get paid for idle time, you can work for 95 hours a week and if cars gets nothing but a basic oil change ur screwed. For example if ur flat rate pays @ $20/h and an oil change pays 0.40 = your actual pay for that oil change is $8. So if there are four lifts and 4 workers a day and only 20 cars come in that day and the advisors don't offer more than an oil change and ur fast enough to get the 5 cars u only made $40 that day mind u they expect u to get to work on time from 7-5. so u just worked a full 10 hours for $40!!
