      Poor system, nothing is professional. Higher authority too much in gossiping. New ideas never get a boost. People have no professional ethics.

      Pros

      kind of flexible on scheduling. decent pay not too stressful

      Cons

      overworked with no care about your personal life they say your scheduled 8 hours but constantly 12+ hour days even though you work within their time estimates. Absolutely no reason to be efficient with your schedule and routes because they just keep adding work.
