Business Outlook
Pros
Work at the Dayton operations facility. Pay isn't the greatest, but the atmosphere was awesome. Seemed as though management cared about the people. They scheduled small fun things to try to keep it exciting. But now all the Good Managers are gone.
Cons
Current atmosphere is terrible. We don't know what's going on with the company after the merger. Everyone thinks it will be folded. Really sucks because it was a nice place.
