Always looking to outsource. Will just throw you under a bus at the first possible opportunity and then work you like a dog while they make you redundant. During the process they will blackmail you. They have made people redundant then other parts of the business stop the redundancy and then later InsureTech celebrate the employee length of service after trying to make them redundant. Its unbelievable. The business plan was to sell middleware into a market that never wanted a middleware solution. All other contracts were just ignored and terminated with bad customer experiences. Then surprisingly the middleware product did not sell. The company is now shrinking rapidly. Some managers here in the London Office are absolutely the most nasty people you will meet.
