No meritocracy, expect to be in a culture of face fitting otherwise the door is shown. Had a purge of experienced staff and replaced with inexperienced politicians. Needless projects. Low salary increases expect 1-2%. High turnover of staff around 30%. Due to high turnover of staff incapable middle management who are inexperienced. Management- arrogant and self-serving. Lipservice to being a dynamic company. Middle/Senior Management- arrogant and self serving. Highly politically environment for nominal pay and lipservice to proper salaries. Feudal System If your face doesnt ie. young shown the door.
