Our Group Chief Executive makes presentations to staff twice a year on our business strategy and perfomance and we publish staff annual and half year reports which set out our growth and progress. We also hold periodic town hall meetings where all collegaues can ask questions and make suggestion about how we can improve our business performance. We also hold annual staff engagement surveys, in the most recent 8 out of 10 of our collegues said they regard Charles Taylor as a great place to work that they can recommend to family and friends. Overall our business strategy is delivering excellent results. In the last five years we have increased our revenue by 87% and adjusted earnings by 98%.
