Pros
CT has a very diverse population and there are opportunities for everyone who want to stretch themselves and progress - there are no barriers and since it is a global firm there are also opportunities for overseas secondments. it is not hierarchical and all the senior team are very accessible and open to new ideas There is a strong sense that the firm is going places and is highly entrepreneurial Staff are very well qualified in each of the businesses and are often at the top of their profession so there are lots of opportunities for younger staff to learn There is a strong team culture with regular social events and individuals feel that they are part of a prestigious firm I am not sure where other comments are coming from as total turnover is way below the industry norm at about 7-8%. . There are lots of opportunities to gain professional qualifications as well as attend development programmes Reward is good with all the usual benefits and there is a strong emphasis on performance related reward so if you do well you can earn more
Cons
There have been lots of changes since the current CEO joined and CT are still implementing new processes in a number of areas but I am sure that these changes will be implemented Systems for eg are currently being upgraded The firm is very complex and individuals need to make more of a n effort to learn about different parts of the firm
