Getting worse - Teacher Challenger School Employee Review

It seemed for years that management only cared about filling classrooms and making sure they looked good to the CEO, and got their bonuses. There was little support and little care about what was actually going on in classrooms. Over the last 5 years, Challenger classrooms became more and more like public school. Now suddenly this year they are breathing down teachers' necks and blaming them because of the same low-performing students who have gone unnoticed and passed along for years. And not in a good way...fear and intimidation are what they use. Dishonesty in the way they present themselves and the growing problems. For new employees, I would not recommend.
