Pros
The only pro I really have is that the children were very well behaved since they start at Challenger around age 3 usually.
Cons
management treats teachers with disrespect, they act as though they are perfect and can do no wrong, salary is next to nothing... teachers that are working well over 40 hours a week are getting half of what teachers get at a public school
