Pros
Good pay for no degree, coteacher when you get a good one, breaks, resources provided (can be a con too)
Cons
NO paid holidays, no paid breaks and you cannot use PTO during breaks, stuck to the resources challenger provides and sometimes their resources suck or not helpful, high class ratios, uniform requirements are a bit ridiculous, benefits kinda suck.
